ERIN SETO, acsm-cpt

Erin Seto is the owner and founder of Fit Force, LLC. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-CPT). Erin is certified in the following tools and scopes of fitness: Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Kettlebell, Pre/Postnatal Training, ViPR, and CPR-AED.

Erin's passion for health and fitness began at a very young age, she competed in soccer, track & field, cross country and volleyball throughout middle school and high school. In the summer going into her sophomore year of college, she earned a starting position on Arizona State University's Division-1 Women's Soccer team.  In her second year of playing, Erin suffered several injuries that concluded her soccer career. Although she knew that her athletic career had ended, her love for exercise never ceased.

"If I can no longer be a competitive athlete, then I want to dedicate my life to helping athletes become the very best they can be - on and off the field."

In her time at ASU, Erin completed several internships that give her a broad spectrum of experience.  During the summer of 2011 she interned at Athletes' Performance (now known as EXOS) in Los Angeles as a Performance Specialist where she trained collegiate and professional football, baseball, golf, hockey, and soccer players. At Foothills Sports Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona, Erin interned and was then hired as a Physical Therapy Technician. Here she learned a new side of health and fitness - proper rehabilitation and injury prevention. Upon graduation, Erin worked as a personal trainer for Equinox Fitness Club for three years in both Boston, MA and San Francisco, CA.

Each of Erin's experiences has expanded her outlook on fitness and programming giving her a vast range of expertise in the field. Erin continues to morph, enhance, and strive for more and more education everyday.
