REassessments

Change is difficult to notice when you're looking at yourself in the mirror everyday, that's why Fit Force provides monthly reassessments to reassure you that you're taking the correct steps towards achieving your goals. All clients will be assigned exercises, stretches, and/or nutritional guidance homework designed to compliment your training sessions. Your success is dependent on your dedication and discipline both in and out of the gym; routine reassessments will motivate and hold you accountable to your success!
